Staccato St. in Palm Desert project was a partial remodel. The client purchased the home as a bank foreclosed property. Alberto worked with the new owner to establish a scope of work with a tight budget and short timeframe.

Alberto and his team demolished most of  the old finishes, and landscaping updates. The home was painted, new backsplash installed in kitchen, 2 bathrooms remodeled, new lighting and appliances installed. Alberto handled the project from start to completion, finishing on time and on budget.
